Richard A Hall, CPA
Richard Hall has more than 33 years of accounting experience and founded Richard A Hall, PC in 1987. He started his career with the national accounting firm of Haskins and Sells (now Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu) and held various accounting and audit positions with Rockwell International, Carlino Financial Corporation (Real Estate Development Company), Dominion Federal Savings and Loan (Real Estate Development/Property Management Company). Mr. Hall is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Virginia Society of CPA's (the Northern Virginia chapter) and received a BS in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island.

Brian Osborne, CPA
Mr. Osborne has more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience. He has worked with Richard A. Hall, PC since 1999. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Osborne worked for First Union and the Navy Federal Credit Union. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and received his BS in Accounting from George Mason University.

Adrienne Wines, CPA
Adrienne Wines worked for Deloitte & Touche in Tysons Corner, Virginia for more than 2 years. At Deloitte & Touche, she handled a variety of projects for domestic and international corporations. Ms. Wines has worked with Richard A. Hall, PC since 2002. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Virginia Society of CPA's (the Northern Virginia chapter) and received her BS in Accounting from The College of William & Mary.

Donna Ross , CPA
Donna Ross has more than 13 years experience in the mortgage lending industry. Prior to joining Richard A. Hall, PC in 2006, she worked for HSBC Mortgage Corporation (USA) while pursuing an Accounting degree from Northern Virginia Community College. She received her BS in Economics from George Mason University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Virginia Society of CPA's (the Northern Virginia chapter).

Alison N. Hall , CPA
Alison Hall worked at Arthur Andersen LLP for 2 years doing expatriate tax work. Then she performed audits and did a variety of tax work at Matthews, Carter & Boyce, P.C. and Chaconas & Wilson, P.C. Ms. Hall has worked with Richard A. Hall, PC since 2007. She received her BS in Accounting from The College of William & Mary and is currently enrolled in the Master of Science in Taxation program at the American University Kogod School of Business in Washington, DC.
